Weeknight training

Friday night training 6:30-8:30 starting 1/5/24

Saturdays & Sundays 9:00-1:30 (athletes are given snack breaks during the training session, many athletes pack a lunch to eat after the session ends at 1:30)

First weekend of training starts 12/16 - 12/17 (weather dependant)

Christmas Camp 12/27 - 12/31
